Delivery

Delivery will take place the next day after payment has been confirmed or any day of your choice. If payment is made today, you can expect to receive your puppy tomorrow evening or any day you choose for us to ship. Once I process the registration for delivery, I will provide you with the tracking number and all the necessary shipping details you need to receive your puppy.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery of your Miniature Pinscher puppy to your address is simple and hassle-free. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled area designed for pets, using an airline-approved carrier. Before shipping, you’ll receive the flight number, arrival time, and a reference number for your puppy.

You can choose to have your puppy delivered to your home or pick them up at the airport, just like picking up a passenger. Shipping is safe and stress-free for the puppy, and you can expect to receive your new friend within 24 hours of shipping, depending on your location. With over 13 years of experience in shipping dogs, I aim for direct non-stop flights to ensure comfort. In my experience, puppies arrive happy and relaxed, and new owners often report that their puppies are in great spirits upon arrival.

We ship our puppies using airlines because it is the fastest and safest way to transport our puppies from our place to yours, especially if you live far away or in another state. Our puppies are shipped in an airline-approved plastic pet kennel that we customize depending on the weight of the puppy, the distance, or the duration of the journey. They ride in a special climate-controlled and pressurized compartment on the plane, which is no different from the cabin. They are not in the same compartment as passenger luggage.

Our shipping crates are clearly marked with colorful “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers. We mark the crates clearly with the destination airport, the confirmation number, the phone number, and address of the customer. When we know that a puppy is going to be shipped, we play with them in the crate prior to shipping so they are used to it. They have never shown fear of the crate. We put lots of food and plenty of water in the shipping crate. The water provides all the moisture the puppy needs during delivery. One reason we do this is in case, in the unlikely event the puppy should get stuck at an airport overnight (because of connecting flight trouble), we don’t have to worry if they have enough to eat or drink. Although traveling is not that hard on them, we do not like to make them spend any more time than absolutely necessary in transit. For this reason, we also look for the shortest route and always schedule direct flights if possible.

We check weather conditions at the receiving end and only ship when we consider it safe to do so. We put our puppies’ health above all other considerations and do not ship when we feel it could be dangerous to the puppies’ well-being. We usually ship Monday – Saturday. We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. We WILL NOT SHIP if we feel that weather conditions are hazardous for the puppy. Your puppy may take a few days to adjust once they get to their new homes; sometimes it takes them a day or two to settle in, but by far, the vast majority of people tell us they just step right out of the shipping crate and act right at home.

Nanny Shipping

We also offer the option to deliver your new puppy DIRECTLY into your arms! Our trusted Airline Nannies will fly with your puppy straight to you. This is the safest and most stress-free way for your new puppy to arrive. The puppy nanny will take care of your little one during the flight, ensuring they receive the attention and care they need. We prioritize providing the best possible care for your puppy!

Due Diligence

All puppies are flown with ice water, bedding, and food attached to their crate as needed. While shipping options may vary, we prefer using American, United, or Continental Airlines. These airlines are great with animals and have modern planes equipped with special compartments for kittens, puppies, birds, insects, and more.

Health Certificate

These certificates are required for all pets traveling by air to ensure that pets are only sharing the flight and nothing else. All airlines mandate this.

Please be ready to pick up your puppy at home or the airport at the scheduled time. Typically, your puppy will be available for pickup about an hour after the flight arrives, and you will need a valid ID, like your driver’s license. We would love to hear that your puppy has arrived safely and is settling in at home, so please call or email us as soon as possible. Don’t forget to take your puppy to the veterinarian for a health check within 48 hours of arrival. We will follow up with you 24 hours after you receive your puppy to ensure everything is going well, answer any questions, and check your satisfaction. Take a look at our shipping crates below.
