Puppy Sales Contract

This Contract is between Loyal Miniature Pinscher Breeder Kennel referred to as the Seller and our customer by name.

TERMS/CONDITIONS:

Buyer Responsibilities - The Buyer agrees to cover the cost of the puppy, including any associated shipping fees for delivery. - The Buyer acknowledges that the puppy must not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision. - The Buyer commits to providing humane care for the puppy, ensuring adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. - The Buyer understands that while the Breeder provides guarantees regarding the puppy's temperament at the time of sale, they are not liable for any future damages or injuries caused by the puppy. - The Buyer grants permission for the Breeder to contact their home at reasonable times to verify that the puppy is being cared for appropriately. - The Buyer accepts full responsibility for the puppy, ensuring that all of its needs are met and that it is treated humanely to the best of their ability. Seller Guarantees - The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and will provide AKC registration application paperwork, allowing the puppy to be registered with the local Kennel Club. The Seller assures that the puppy has a favorable temperament at the time of sale. - A health record detailing all vaccinations and deworming treatments will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery for a physical examination. If the veterinarian identifies any health issues attributable to the Seller, the puppy may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, provided there is a signed diagnosis from the veterinarian. Return Policy - If the Buyer is unable to keep the puppy at any point, the Seller must be notified and granted the first option to reclaim full ownership of the dog, enabling the Seller to find the puppy a new home. - The Buyer is entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing for a full refund if they are dissatisfied with the puppy or have difficulty bonding with their new pet. In such cases, the puppy must be returned along with all necessary documentation and medical records. - Should any issues arise that affect the puppy's quality of life, the Buyer must inform the Breeder/Seller, who will participate in determining the puppy's future. The Breeder/Seller reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer of the puppy to a third party. Under no circumstances may the puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility. Agreement Acknowledgment By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
